This combination gives her a unique edge - she understands both the business and the human sides of performance.
Through her company, Talent Development Specialists, Beth partners with organizations that are serious about investing in their leaders. Her keynotes and workshops blend behavior, motivation, and skill development to transform self-awareness into action. She equips audiences with practical tools to lead with clarity, optimism, and accountability - proving that there’s nothing artificial about Leadership Intelligence.
A certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0) and Actualized Performance Solutions (APS), Beth is also a DISC Profile provider and coach, a PHR-certified HR professional, Culture Index Analyst, and Instructional Designer (ATD). Her programs help leaders and teams build alignment between business goals, people systems, and culture to achieve lasting success.
Beth began her career in healthcare strategy with The Hamilton Communications Group, followed by leadership roles at Searle Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer) and Red Ventures, where she launched and led high-caliber leadership development programs and was recognized for her performance and cultural influence at each of those organizations. Her approach - rooted in optimism, self-awareness, and evidence-based learning - empowers audiences to grow from insight to impact.
As a Florida State University alumna and active ProfessioNole Mentor, Beth continues to give back by helping emerging leaders build confidence and direction in their careers. She calls Charlotte, North Carolina home, where she lives with her family and granddogs - and she’s often spotted wearing her favorite color, blue, as a nod to her “blue-sky mindset.”
