Assessments for Professional Growth
Rather than relying on instinct alone, foundational assessments are a smart, scalable investment in your growth. These tools provide objective data on how you think, behave, communicate, and lead, making your introspection and skill development actionable.
Used intentionally, assessments accelerate growth by giving leaders a common language, a clearer starting point, and a path forward.
Whether used in coaching or workshops, each assessment is paired with practical application, ensuring perception translates into real, sustained progress and development.
What will become possible when you see yourself clearly?
Assessment. Awareness. Action.
Industry-leading assessments that are widely adopted across organizations worldwide to provide meaningful data that accelerates leadership growth.
Insights you can trust and apply with confidence.
EQ-i 2.0
The EQ-i 2.0 measures Emotional Intelligence (EI) - your ability to perceive, understand, and manage emotions in yourself and others. Often referred to as your Emotional Quotient (EQ), it reflects how effectively you apply emotional information to navigate relationships, make decisions, and lead under pressure.
As one of the most widely used and scientifically validated EI assessments, the EQ-i 2.0 provides a comprehensive view of key emotional intelligence competencies such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Importantly, the EQ-i 2.0 also surfaces the emotional patterns that can become leadership derailers under pressure, such as reactivity, poor impulse control, or diminished empathy, giving leaders the awareness and tools to manage them before they impact performance.
More than just awareness, the EQ-i 2.0 delivers a practical skills blueprint, helping leaders strengthen how they show up, communicate, and perform in complex, high-stakes environments.
Actualized Team Profile (ATP)
The Actualized Team Profile (ATP) is an assessment designed to evaluate a team’s culture, norms, and overall dynamics, providing clear insight into how a team functions and the factors influencing its performance.
The ATP reveals how the collective system operates, not just at the surface, but in the patterns that shape team behavior, decision-making, and results.
Uniquely, the ATP integrates the leadership styles of both the team leader and its members, because leadership doesn’t sit outside the team, it shapes it.
Simply put, leaders have a disproportionate influence on team dynamics. By making that influence visible, the ATP creates a powerful opportunity to align leadership behavior with the team environment needed to perform at its best.
Actualized Leader Profile (ALP)
The Actualized Leader Profile (ALP) goes beyond behavior to uncover the “why” behind how you lead - your core motivations and the patterns (or shadows) that emerge under pressure.
Grounded in extensive research and the work of renowned experts in psychology, and developed by Dr. William L. Sparks, it reveals both your leadership style and your pathway to growth through self-actualization.
Self-actualization enables leaders to operate at their highest level, bringing greater adaptability, resilience, authenticity, and sustained impact in how they lead and influence others.
The ALP provides a clear, evidence-based foundation for deeper understanding, supported by advanced coaching applications such as Shadow Dialogue, helping leaders work directly with the patterns that shape their behavior under pressure.
Scalable across all leadership levels, it is a tool leaders can return to and grow with over time, making it both immediately practical and enduring in its impact.
DISC Profile
DISC is one of the most widely used behavioral assessment models, focused on observable patterns, how you communicate, make decisions, and interact with others. It organizes behavior into four core styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, providing a simple, accessible structure for understanding how preferences show up in day-to-day behavior.
Known for being fast to learn and easy to apply, DISC helps leaders recognize how different styles manifest in real work situations, from pace and priorities to communication and decision-making.
This creates a shared language across teams, fostering greater appreciation for diverse approaches and reducing friction.
The result is stronger alignment, more effective collaboration, and a more cohesive, high-performing team.
Other Assessments
I routinely incorporate well-known introductory assessments - tools that are accessible, engaging, and highly effective for building shared awareness within a group setting.
These frameworks create a common language quickly, making them ideal for sparking meaningful discussion and building real-time awareness of how others show up, think, and operate.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Often considered one of the original assessments in the field, MBTI has been widely used for decades to explore personality preferences, how individuals take in information, make decisions, and interact with the world. It helps teams better understand differences in learning, thinking and communication, fostering greater appreciation and more effective collaboration.
Clifton Strengths
Clifton Strengths identifies your natural talents and how they can be developed into strengths. It shifts the focus from fixing weaknesses to maximizing what you do best - driving engagement, confidence, and performance.
If there’s a specific assessment or framework you’re interested in, there’s a good chance I’m familiar with it, or know someone who is. I’m always happy to make a connection and ensure you’re using the right tool for your goals.
